We had several drivers so they needed to be on the document and the people at the pickup center were very clear about why we needed to have them on the rental agreement and what all needed to be done. They made it easy. They also made sure we had the right hookup on our pickup. We didn't, so needed to secure the right equipment. When this was accomplished they made sure everything was hooked up properly before we left. A wonderful experience.
