Upon pulling in the employee came out and pointed to his left. I couldn’t hear him due to my window being closed when i waived him out again and explained that, he looked aggravated and said “CAN you pull the trailer around. I had to back it into a small area surrounded by other vehicles and trailers. He did not help guide me in but instead was on his phone. After I parked and got out of my car he told me to take off the trailer. I told him I needed help because of the weight of the hitch. He walked over and we picked it up, then he said to drop it on the ground. I didn’t want to damage it so I laid it down myself. If it’s that much of a burden to drop a trailer maybe he should look for a new job.

Overall a good experience. The tire covers on the auto trailer were jammed which they knew. It was a major hassle trying to get them to work and cost me an extra hour of the m erovers time.
