Janet was amazing! We booked the trailer in minutes with another wonderful lady in the office and then we were instructed to go hook up and drive to the dock, where Janet came out and took pics and within minutes we were on our way. Zero headaches or normal town drama. We used the trailer for our needs and then returned it before the end of their day. It was seamless and we will continue to support Big Country!!! Janet is definitely an asset to this company. So nice to not deal with the normal grouchy and unprofessional lady that we have had in the past.
