David RI can't say anything about the pick up lication, because they did no changes in the contract. Rental truck was changed 2 days before move despite renting 2 months in advance, to a 15' which was too small. I had to drive 200km extra for pick up of a larger truck. The truck was dirty and I had to clean it. Not enough blankets, no dolly, thank not at correct level. My confirmation of thec rental truck did not line up with what I got told at pick up. There whete less km included and only 4 days instead of 5. That needed to be changed and it took 1 hour until I finally left with the truck. So 3 hours waisted time. I tried to get a credit by chat, in person and by phone call, but nobody was able to help.
