This guy was rude and inconsiderate. He tended to his personal business customers first before finishing with us when we had arrived before his customers. He was short and seemed annoyed by having to work with us . Next time I’ll spend the money on extra mileage to rent elsewhere

I had a reservation for 11 at one location, and there was no truck. I had to beg the guy behind the counter, stoned out of his mind, to call the people who still had the one we were apparently waiting on twice. Our reservation was then moved to a different location, to get to a truck that was FILTHY. We then had to drive back to the original location to get the equipment we reserved to move in the first place, and two and half hours past our reservation, we were able to head to the home to move. Never again. I am shocked I had to pay for any part of this. It was a full on nightmare.
