The setup of having to go to the office for the trailer park and get the keys out with old combination locks is odd and wasn't the most user friendly. Either dealing with a person or having newer lock systems would be better.

The location was fine. Using the web sight to book a rental was frustrating

Pictures would not upload and your system didn’t recognize the license plate. I had to get help from your customer service team. I ended up sending email pictures. Very frustrating!
