The steering is terrible. Feels like bad alignment along with bad bearings, struts, or something along those lines.

The app and website did not work for the pick up. I spent 50 minutes trying to go through the process without success. Pictures would not upload and your system didn’t recognize the license plate. I had to get help from your customer service team. I ended up sending email pictures. Very frustrating!

Don FThe location is small. The trucks are parked pretty far away from where you get the keys, and the app doesn't recognize the location. I had to call into the help desk, uninstall the app, and go through it online. It took me almost an hour to check out the truck.
