Everything was great.
WILLIAM DI'm called that my return location had to be changed because the location doesn't take trailers so I go to the new location. By calling their number I am notified that they are on spring break for 2 weeks. Again I call corporate and speak to another nice person that had to help me with the self check in because it was not working. I did not like that this nice person at one time told me that I would have to thake this trailer to a 3rd location to drop it off which was over an hour away. I refused and together we got things done. You have great equipment and great people but I never say any U-haul employees and my time alone with U-haul took up well over 2.5 hours of my time. I love ya but you really have some work to do.
