ALEXANDER AI rented a 6x12 trailer online. Easy peasy. I did not have to create an account. Wonderful! Interacting with the dealer at pick up was good. No problem. But, then I get like 4emails. What? Grr. See if you can get your act together and put all the information in one email. Returning the trailer when the office was closed was another matter altogether. I don’t want to download an app and create an account just to turn in the trailer. I don’t remember my apple password so wasn’t able to download the app anyway. I had been driving for hours, was relieved to be done with the trailer, and here U-Haul is creating this super irritating hoop to jump through. What a pain! A super turn off.

Chris HTrailer had dent/crack in floor (not noticed until later) and license plate light was dangling loose. It was usable, just not in the greatest shape.
