They were extremely nice. I had entered the wrong pick up date online but instead of being annoyed, he just said that he had a truck available and it was no problem to switch the day. I rented one from them prior to this and he was just as friendly that day too.

Fix the check engine light

MANUEL JTank was filled to 3/4, not full at pickup. I re-filled the tank to full and was unable to be compensated for the additional gas. It is nearly impossible to stop at 3/4’s. I thought it was the policy for Full at pickup and re-fill to Full at drop off. Vendor told me nothing they could do I could complain directly to U-Haul. Why is it you can come up with a charge if I didn’t re-fill at drop off and not to compensate for over filling to an impossible level?
