They were extremely nice. I had entered the wrong pick up date online but instead of being annoyed, he just said that he had a truck available and it was no problem to switch the day. I rented one from them prior to this and he was just as friendly that day too.

GINA CRep should remind customer of all the other fees associated with the rental before a reservation is made , my $27 truck for 2 hours turned into a $75 total charge , I would of looked for another option
