Using the app was not a good experience. You needed to be in a specific spot on the property to start the checkout process. Just being in the lot was not enough. The app is terrible. Got stuck validating a zip code. Restarted the app and it worked. Odd validation with a second contact. Crashed entirely when trying to take pictures of the truck before leaving. Restarted the app again and it went through somehow. No other app on my phone is this glitchy. Locks on the key box are odd. You need to line up the code below the center line to get it to work. Frustrating.
