It is hard to find and far from my home. I had signed up to pick up at a location 25 miles north of there, but they didn't tell me until a couple of days before that they didn't have the equipment. Then the pickup time was super inconvenient. After I picked up the truck I realized they did not load the furniture blankets I had ordered. When I received my contract in email they had charged me for insurance which I did not order. Corporate fixed the problems, thankfully.
