Will never use U-Haul again This location and its staff were extremely incompetent, belligerent, combative, defiant, argumentative and confrontational — with language barriers and major cultural differences. My experience was a nightmare. Filed formal complaint with U-Haul and CCP.

I'm going to present a case against uHaul and this location. On top of a full refund of course. What you made me go through is unacceptable.
Luis EThis location was fantastic. Pick up located inside the convenience store of a Marathon gas station. Staff was helpful and friendly and pickup process was smooth.
Jacob CI had multiple issues with this rental. The truck bed was covered in glass, they didn't have the dolly's or blankets as requested either. Simply communication would have been helpful. Instead I had to scramble to find blankets and ended having to purchase the dolly's. When I returned I asked to make sure the extra's would be taken off and I wouldn't be charged. No luck. Had to call corporate to get it adjusted. Sorry but I will go to U-Haul directly next time.
