So the first whee i reserved iys a milton location i went there then the associate said we don’t hae any cargo van here he said you need to go to another location after tha I went there i paid uber 2 times and waste 2 hours
Benali ZThe rep there refused to help me with check-in and told me to follow directions on the after hour drop box even though it was 2 pm and he was there. The web site was not easy to use because it didn’t recognize my email address and I spent some time before I found that I could checkout by phone number alone and don’t need an account.
Max PJustin was sweet, thoughtful and very efficient and helpful. The UHAUL platform was not working, he patiently walked me through getting the app downloaded and sorting everything out for the check out. I really appreciate Justin’s patience and calm demeanor!
