Ordered an appliance dolly and didn’t have. Employee said… Oh, someone didn’t return one? So we had call around, found one then drove a 20’ trailer to a different rental company and rent an appliance dolly. He was very rinse about it…. Moving is stressful enough without having to have a logistical nightmare…. We should have been told before to drive to pick up the truck. We would have rented one from a different location…

Matthew CIt was very busy. The gentleman was doing emissions and U-Haul check out. If we had been in a rush it would have been grim. A second person to help when you know you are busy would easily end this wait
