The mobile app was the absolute worst way to rent a U-Haul!!! It took over an hour to actually get the key from the lock box with all the complications on the app. And that was with the assistance of the service department. She by the way was Amazing! The gas tank was almost empty! Not the amount in which they said was in it. Then U-Haul says they will reimburse me some of the money. Yes they did reimburse me an entire $11.00 What a joke!
