The gas gauge was wrong, but other than that, no problems at this location. I was not told when I made the reservation that it was an unmanned pick up location, nor was I told about the $1.19 per mile charges until I was on site and picked up the truck.
Charles TThis was an unmanned drop off location. We did not see anyone while we were there. Phone/internet service was not good there which made it very difficult to use the app for the drop off procedure (be sure to already have the app downloaded before you get there). Luckily there was one parking spot available for the truck when we arrived. This location was most convenient for us.
DARIN BIt was such a confusing set of circumstances. It took an extra hour. The driver was different than the card holder and the owner was very helpful in setting everything up. But it practice it fell apart. We ended up being locked out of the truck. The local service center folks were pleasant but the system was confusing. It took too long. The codes didn't work.
