, my order was moved to another location Fidalgo body which was closed despite supposedly to be open. After calling uhaul they transferred my order to the ferry terminal location which is self serve, not a fan of this business model, can't get into the truck to check it out before accepting the reservation.

Bill Becker is in another tier of Uhaul representatives who really really cares. Friendly, helpful, clear in communication. A Uhaul in this location is a godsend for islanders leaving the Orcas or using the ferry, and I hope Uhaul invests in Ferry Terminal Rds Uhaul.
SAMUEL Rthe check in process online/with app was super difficult and stressful. had no idea uhaul would be asking for multiple people to call for verification and my passport. it took over an hour. spam filters from friends was blocking uhaul calls to them. truck and location were great though.
