Honor the written receipt I have it is not enough to fight in court. It is about honesty and ethics. U-Haul did not honor my contract and I have the receipt and financial charge to prove this fact. U-Haul has the opportunity to make this right .

No I would not recommend u-Haul to anyone that is so adamant to hook it up and wire my trailer when I rented it when I get to Anderson South Carolina 4 different places would not unhitch it for me I am a 59-year-old disabled woman. IThey didn’t even come out and inspected so I took my own inspection and my own pictures to prove there was no damage to the trailer when I dropped it I had to hire someone to unhitch it and drop it for me because U-Haul would not do their job

Reservations for 10 foot truck were confirmed at 2 locations and neither one had it. I had to rent the more expensive truck. If you are going to send a confirmation of reservation, the proper rental should be there.

The lady melissa was very helpful today!! the night I turned this in those guys didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. and was not turned in properly! which led to uhaul slapping another $231.00 charge on my card!!

Check in was delayed even though I had reserved on line. They were not sure the vehicle reserved was returned. Just seemed to take longer than I thought.

When we went to pick up they said they did not have a truck for us. Truck there was supposedly for someone else. After about 20 minutes he gave us the truck. Upon taking truck back woman there s said she had to call someone her as she did not know to use computer. She found out she could do on phone. Ever would rent from them again. Too much aggravation.

It took me two hours to drop off my trailer. First of all I dropped it off on Sunday, December 15. So I’m not sure why your receipt says I dropped it off today. The location I was assigned to drop it off was closed when I got there and no one would answer the phone and the phone number had no voicemail. I tried sending a text message and no one responded. The building looks like it needed to be condemned as if my feet might fall through the boards on the porch of the building. There was a giant bowl full of cigarette butts next to the door. After several other attempts to find an open location as I waited on hold I ended up at this location where the gas station attendant didn’t speak English. He texted the owner who texted back that I had to wait until they got out of church before they could help me. ?!!! Meanwhile I was on hold for an hour waiting to try to get help from Uhaul customer service. Today I get a text message saying I hadn’t turn the trailer in yet. Again, I returned it yesterday so why wasn’t it checked in to your system yesterday?!!! Why am I being put through additional stress of getting a text message saying I haven’t turned in a trailer that I turned in yesterday? Again U-Haul is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with and I will never use you again.

We we're told that we could return it at any location. We went to a location that was close and after about 40 minutes there we're told that we had to return it to the original location. That made us late in returning the truck and therefore we were charged an extra day's rental.

The person who took my payment and info did not give me any paperwork, just had me take a picture of the screen on his computer. I found out later had absolutely no info on it but my payment. There was no contract # or any info about the trailer or his business, so I could not contact them when I went to return the trailer and was not able.

Alternative to my pickup, the dropoff location was much more helpful. They were accommodating of moving the blankets into their location and their owner even gave me their personal number in case I ran into any issues during the entire process of getting my issues sorted out.

Agent was very polite, professional and did everything possible to make the rental a positive experience. There was difficulty with the process due to the truck being damaged (cracked mirror) and the agent not knowing how to handle that. The manager was immediately available and came up with a creative work-around to document the damage using photos and texts to her personal cell phone. This was a great solution but highlighted problems I continually see with inadequate training for virtually all of the UHaul rental locations I have been to over the years.

When we came in to drop off the truck, we were made to wait in line, until they took care of all of the costumers first. We were told they make no money from Uhaul so they rather take care of other costumers first.

When I turned in the truck, they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee until I showed them the pictures I took of it when I picked it up. No one at the rental location went outside with me to look it..the back door would not go down..I had to fix it..there was leaves and dirt in the back and cab of the truck. I had to ask for a broom so I could sweep it out. One of the wooden tie downs in the back was broken so I couldn't use it...the only reason I took it was because I really needed it to move. My 1st reservation fell through. The guy at another store claimed that a lady didn't return one ' the size I reserved' but he had 3 on his lot...they told me that he only likes to give out his 15 footers for local purposes. Well it was a total bad experience..I WILL NOT lease from Uhaul again nor will I refer Uhaul.

The UHAUL app and website was terrible. I could not use the 24/7 pickup option due to technical difficulties with the app and website. I walked around the pickup location for an hour on the phone with UHAUL customer service trying to get the issue resolved but I ended up having to drive over 30 minutes to another location in the night to pick up a UHAUL. No one on the phone could figure out why the app nor the website was letting me pick up the truck. They kept transferring me to different people without telling me I was being transferred.
