Online reservation was nice. Online check on was a waste as much of it was repeated at time of pickup. The mileage fee was excessive. A $20 truck cost $80 to move my things 20 miles, plus it was required to refill the gas tank. What was the mileage fee based on?

The owner was very rude gave me the wrong truck size won't help me anymore he said I already spend to much time. He never informed me I could do it myself online. I was over charge aswell. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
