Parking the truck was frightening. There were DEEP potholes that I had to drive through in order to park. The lot was overloaded and poorly maintained. This will cause accidents/incidents if not rectified. The staff were ok, but only had one register. It took 30mins for me to check out because they stopped and prioritized customers purchasing store merchandise. It was a very unprofessional experience

Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. The facility was unkept and what I would imagine you would see in an inner-city troubled area. Small hole in the glass panel where transactions are made for the U-Haul rentals and convenience store purchases. Surrounded by CBD vapes, marijuana pipes, bongs and hookahs. Not a place I ever plan to return to. Unflattering image for U-Haul. Rental equipment number scribbled on a torn corner of a sheet of paper, then told to go outside and find it. No guidance, walk-around no further instructions. The clerk used her personal cell to load my personal information, unsure of the security with that. I will be monitoring my bank statements closely. As I was to pull off with the rental, a clerk ran out abruptly to stop me for a photo of my trailer connection. No apologies, no regard and no tact. Very disappointed in this transaction with U-Haul. If this is what I should expect, my future rental needs will be completed with your more expensive competitor Penske.
Brent RThe owner was extremely rude. He demanded that I call my elderly mother so he could talk to her to verify who I was. He was extremely rude to his employees barking orders at them. I will never rent from this location again.
