The app was not easy to use at all. I also think all the info you want like drivers license and addres and a reference could be done prior to arrival. We ended up having to go to the counter to get the code to get the key because the app was not working correctly

They were not open so we dis not interact
CHAD FWe unfortunately had some overhead damage that we reported upon drop off. The app informed me that someone would reach out in the next couple of days to complete everything. I didn't get a call. Just a receipt and a charge for the deductible. I would have preferred someone call and talk with me about the process and what to expect. We were honest and open and of course willing to take care of the issue. However, no one likes having big charges to their card without any conversation first. Customer service is what will set you apart from any other business. I don't feel that your customer service is where it should be given my experience!
Kacie GI paid an extra 20. For them to load my car on the car tow. When we arrived in Fla. the place we were asked to drop it off at, refused to except and made us find another location. When we finally were able to get the car tow unloaded, they told us the car was not secured correctly, they only secured the front tires and the chains were not hooked up.
