I was given the wrong address of where this location was by U-Haul customer service. I ended up finding it by asking someone that was working next-door to the old location and when I got to the new address of where they were located, they were closed. I ended up calling the San Clemente U-Haul back and they advised me that there was a drop off box which there wasn’t, but I ended up finding an employee of the business and he ended up checking the vehicle for me even though they were closed.

David RWas over charged. Employee said she could see a comment saying to comp miles due to the change in location but she didn't and also charged us for another day and when I noticed the 50 dollar increase she said she couldn't give me a break down and said she thought it was because she backed the invoice out and put it back in and because now it's a weekend it's more. But why she did she do that in the first place ? Did get resolved and paid 70 dollars more than the reservation.
