Might be good to know ahead of time that when you return on a one-way rental, you have to be at the return location on the U-Haul app. I had no idea and we had to drive back 20 miles to do it. Other than that it was a good experience.

My almost problem was the opening between the flooring of the vehicle hauler was almost too wide for a narrower vehicle like the 1965 VW I went to pick up and transport. U Haul may want to also invest in total solid flatbed vehicle haulers for this reason.
