The location was closed when I got there at my scheduled pick up time of 3:15, yet was informed they would be open until 4pm. The additional time it took to do the automated system caused delays that in turn added to the time I paid someone to help me that day.. The photos that were required never uploaded even though I attempted numerous times when I returned the truck. The tires are very slick on that truck. It was raining that day and was very dangerous to drive.

Not a thing
JAMES MThe owner of the Store was very pleasant and welcoming, even though someone from U-HAUL had cancelled my order, he was accommodating with the new request and promptly help me along my way. He happened to still be closing up his shop when I arrived (6:30pm) after normal business hours and received the return truck and processed my completed order in a few minutes.
