the first time the trailer was hooked up it was done incorrectly. I had to go back and have someone else do it correctly so it was safe.

Young man in Toledo was overwelmed. Truck was late in coming in.

I'm ALWAYS not happy with the ( little ) U haul sights in Ashland. They don't make money so they don't give a poop. Your Computer system .. is the worst!!! I was VERY happy with your Bend, OR site

Signage hard to see since location is is a curve in the road. The staff member did not do a walk through of the vehicle with me. I had to come in multiple times to ask questions about damages done to the vehicle and making sure I would not b charged for it. The gas was noted at 1/2 full on my paperwork when it was one empty.

I had to wait because the towing company had to take care of their issues first.

Customer service was terrible. Initially they sent me to Medford Or as soon as I got to Medford a rep called me and told me that my pickup was actually moved to Ashland OR. When I asked for a discount the rep refused stating that they couldn't because it was a same day pickup. Overall I don't think I will ever use Uhaul again unless I get some kind of compensation for the time wasted.

Perhaps assist the next customer with how the dolly works and attaches to the car. I figured it out myself, but it took a few minutes.

Dear Lord! When I arrived, there was no one there that could sign me out with the trailer. I didn't get the trailer until about two hours later when they finally came to work. Not only that ... I should have checked the hookup BEFORE I left, but I didn't check until I was ready to leave after loading. The safety chains were crossed over the TOP of the freaking hitch! Yes. The *TOP* of the hitch. Really? The blankets had grease spots on them and on occasion, sawdust. Many had holes in them. Some of the blankets were in such sad shape I thought I would get charged for some them. The training of the staff and the quality of items delivered to the customer really require an audit. If I ever get re-routed to this location again, I'll consider cancelling and try Penske or Budget rather than go through that "experience" again.

If there was a drop box for the key, I could not find it.

They did ask about equipment that I never had or asked for at the return location, which I thought was odd.

of the 3 5x7 trailers available, 2 were not functioning properly, and I had to inform this to the business operators. they also weren't familiar with express online check-in, and went asked redundant questions and asked for payment even though I had done all this in advance.

Clean up order before client leaves. I did not request a dolly and did not receive a dolly in Ashland. Somehow one has on my order and I had to state that none was given to me at destination.

We rented a truck and car trailer to get a truck home that was broke down. I was asked what I would be hauling and gave them a description (exact) of what I would be hauling. I assume you have a set standard specification for vehicles to which trailer is recommended. My description given to your rental agency was exact. I was hauling a 1974 f 100 standard cab long box pickup truck which was empty. The trailer recommended tended to sway more than I would like. I am not blaming this on the rental agency they were very helpful and quick. I would recommend a trailer with a longer wheelbase for this size vehicle. The 15 foot box truck provided performed excellent and was impressive the way it ran. I am a person who maintains a CDL license and and use trailers often. Thanks.

Car hadn't been cleaned out. Pack of cigarettes and can of chew left behind on top of some miscellaneous trash in storage area.

* do not lie to your customers about cost I was told the cost of the appliance dolly was $10. It's actually $10 per day, a fact never once mentioned by our friendly salesperson. That's three times the cost I was told. *the ridiculous fuel policy it's not that great to pick up a truck with 1/4 tank of fuel, and it's very easy to spend more on fuel than I actually used. Try this, it's what every sensible rental agency does: Each customer returns the vehicle full of fuel. It's full when the next customer rents, and that customer only has to replace the fuel they have used. It's that simple. *try not to have drunk, creepy people greet customers returning a truck. How freaking weird does this have to be? I bring the truck back to the lot, and some old staggering hillbilly comes up and starts slurring nonsense, then walks into the office and sits down. I will never do business here again.
