Tammy MI was unable to get any of the electronic drop off tools to function. The U-haul representative was not available at the time the business opened but did call me back about 3 hours later. The person at the business did not seem to be familiar with the procedures but just told me where I could drop the trailer and that she would have the representative call me at a later time.
