There is sexist signage posted all over the interior of the office. The person working in the office made multiple racist statements. I was also issued the wrong truck and accused of being a sex trafficker. To be clear, I am not, I am a soldier in the US military.John B.

When I called the 833-399-0504 number, the uhaul representative hung up on me twice and didn't provide any help. I had to enter 2 alternate contacts and the website didn't say that it would try to call the alt contact. It took way longer than it should and was extremely inconvenient. Im renting another uhaul without a representative at the location to assist me.Julia H.
the mobile app is awful though!!! it was incredibly hard to get my truck and start moving since there's barely any service at this location. i think i got there a couple minutes before my pick up time and i ended up staying an extra 40 mins after my pick up time. very disappointing.sydney S.

The entire remote 24/7 pick up was a shit show, for lack of a better word. The automated system didn't work, then we were being asked for passport information (who has that handy?!), and when we called the help line we were on hold for almost 45 minutes to no answer. THANKFULLY the gentlemen at the location (who is a 3rd party vendor, doesn't even work for U-haul) was able to cancel our original reservation after we exhausted all other avenues, made a new reservation through his system and got us on our way in literally 5 minutes. It was such a pain, unnecessary stress the morning of our move, AND it made us late to meet our movers. The only reason for the "Above Average" rating is because the attendant at the 3rd party location helped us. U-haul as a company and process would get "Poor", or zero stars if possible.JONATHAN O.

You are by far the worst customer experience in the market today, dying to be taken over by an enterprising app. I cannot understand why it's so hard to run this business and provide a quality experience for customers as so many people need it. I rented a truck from the location on Burnet which is closest to me and when I arrived, I stood in line for about 20 minutes because there is one f'in person at the counter and she's telling stories about her life to the person standing in front of her. Once I get to the counter, I'm told that my rental is at another location and they have no trucks. I go over there and the place is closed. Some guy walks out of the door and says 'we don't open till 9'. Then proceeds to tell me that I have a mobile app pickup, which I did but the app didn't work. I finally got into my truck and there were no furniture pads that I ordered. Then checking it back in after I was done was impossible. The location I had to drop it off at had no cell coverage... which isn't your fault but the asshole at the place from earlier, was no help whatsoever. I really don't ever want to order anything from Uhaul again.Carl D.
