The truck has not been cleaned out. There were 3 pieces of very large, destroyed furniture in the cargo box. We had to dispose of them and the cargo box was filthy.

Melissa GThe owner of the store was helpful. I had trouble with the app getting the verification process completed and the lock on the key box was not accepting my code. After 10 minutes, we found that the lock was oxidized. I spent over 30 minutes just trying to get going. I had previous reservations in Bangor at the Odlin Road, but they no longer had the truck I reserved for some reason. It was not an easy process to rent from your company & frankly I’m not sure I will again. When you say you have the right sized truck reserved at the location of our choice, we customers expect it to be waiting for us!
