Bad customer service reps for the app, the online agent that verifies by calling emergency contact inspite of having booked U-Haul many times. Asking drivers license number every time again, ietc, Clunky UX. Website and app feels like from early 2000s, impossible to believe that you will not focus one bit on the actual user experience. Will try to avoid U-Haul as much as possible and try to rent the van from Home Depot. Easily the most terrible DIY booking experience in the market. You need to hire real product managers and designers who know something about UX, other wise you will go bankrupt despite of cornering the market!
Sunil SVan was very dirty. Seats were full of dog hairs and it was smelly. Back trunk was also very dirty full of dust and rock chips.
