Inwas charged for insurance for antrailer which I did not have in my reservation. Also, the attendant signed for me. She used her phone and took my card while outside. She signed my name. This is fraud. Also, she was not able to lift the trailer into the truck. I expected help!! I have never had this bad and fraudulent service.
