To me it was the roughest ride I have had a similar is more smoother the the truck but it got the job done.

I used 24 hour drop off and that was helpful as my work schedule the next day was going to make dropping off during open hours difficult. When I called the next morning to check to see that all was okay, the personnel were very nice and efficient -- they had already checked the trailer in and assured me the place I had dropped it on the lot was fine.

BOBBIE WMake sure to inform customers that they are being charged for the safe move policy. Finding out that I was charged $45 for something I didn't need or want and was never informed about it. The employee was extremely nice and friendly just wish she had informed me if all the charges.
