Christopher FThe people were very nice, professional and courteous. They explained to me that a 10’ truck did not come with a ramp, thus dispelling my concern as to why I didn’t get a truck with a ramp. However, the equipment I got was not that great. Though it was clean, the check engine light was on and the headlights went out when I went over a bump. Returning the truck was just as easy as picking it up and a receipt was promptly emailed to me, and there no surprise charges, as I have experienced with other businesses.
