TINA NI was challenged with the website checkin, until Justin Smith advised I download the App. He was super! But the pickup facility is only open when the owner has cycle business, so there’s no onsite help. I was at his business too long,( security cameras?)so he did show up. He said his interest was down and he has a day job?? Eventually Justin checked in my truck and all was good. He’s patient, kind and knowledgeable.
Carletta SThe people at the location were not helpful at all. They didn’t open until 10:00 am, and I didn’t get the appliance dolly I ordered. The service agents were very helpful.
