LENA BThe truck was fine, the U-Haul app was terrible for picking the truck up during after hours this comment does not pertain to IStorage personnel who I had no interaction with! The rental equipment, dolly's and blankets were not with the truck I had to go to another U-Haul location that was open and separately rent this equipment again. If your going to use U-Haul don't use the online reservation system if your picking up after hours it's a waste of time and money!
