You changed my reservation to a different location after I arrived on site to pick up the van. The gentleman who was running the shop fortunately was honest enough to honor my reservation. If you dont want renters to pickup and drop off at the same location, then dont allow that on your site for that particular location, do not punish the people that are not in the wrong. Uhaul, you let me down with this one.

The app UX is so awful for reserving a vehicle. I had to retake photos of drivers license like 10 times because of how bad the in app camera is, and the app also crashed a couple of times. Was stressing like hell
