The truck leaked into the cargo area, which prevented me from loading any cardboard boxes because they would have been damaged after sitting on the wet floor. Rather than providing a replacement truck, U-Haul dispatched a repair technician to my home to address the leak. Unfortunately, the repair attempt was unsuccessful because the patch material the technician intended to use would not adhere to the surface due to the ongoing rain. As a result, the leak remained unresolved and the truck was still unsuitable for transporting my belongings. Because the issue was not resolved, the window for obtaining a replacement truck that evening closed, leaving me without a usable vehicle for my move. I was forced to make my own arrangements and secure a different truck the following day at additional inconvenience and expense. I returned the defective truck with the expectation of receiving a full refund, as I was unable to use it for its intended purpose. Instead, I was charged the full rental amount despite the vehicle being unfit for use and despite U-Haul being unable to provide an effective remedy or replacement. Under these circumstances, charging the full rental fee is unreasonable, and I am requesting a complete refund of all charges associated with this rental.

I have been renting a storage space for over a year and have encountered just about everyone that works at this location. Just recently I rented a van for a few days. I have had an excellent experience with everyone at this location. Very friendly and extremely helpful. I am not sure if there is anything that can be improved upon.
Clifton DI was scheduled for an early pickup of the vehicle, after 7:30 am, I arrived at 8:20. I could not find the link to get my vehicle and tried for 10 minutes, finally reached out to your customer support and was told that the reservation had been locked because I was not there at 7:30. They unlocked the reservation and your app/portal REALLY SUCKS . I tried to get through the process for 25 minutes and gave up when the store employees showed up to open at 9:00. I was there for 40 minutes trying to get the key to the truck.

David LWonderful experience! We had originally planned to rent a trailer from this location for a one way haul. Once we realized that our minivan was not wired correctly to safely use the trailer, the uhaul customer service rep quickly got us set up with a one-way van rental. From check in for original trailer rental to leaving with our van, it took less than 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this location!
