The return process in the app was a little confusing for me. I didn't realize that I was in the instruction section; and when I got down to put the keys in the box, I did. Then I realized that I had not yet gone through the photography of the mileage or gas level. I had already returned the keys and locked the truck! However, the agent who called me the next day about the return completed the process for me, and I was very satisfied with the Your Space customer service. (It was U-Haul's app that was causing me problems.)
