Had trailer and paperwork ready when I arrived. Also, they were able to get a couple bags of pads that I requested. I've had trouble on previous rentals getting moving pads, sometimes needing to call/visit two or three places to get enough. Return went quickly as well. Trailer (6''X12') pulled decently well behind my Avalanche.
