The UHaul reeked of urine and was very dirty. This was brought to the attention of the clerk and he even came out to look and did absolutely nothing. He was not very welcoming when we visited the store. We went to the store because it was convenient, but definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I was disappointed that I was charged for a Dolley that was not present in the vehicle and therefore was not used. After dropping off the U-Haul, my card was on file to allow for any and every additional cost to be added without a discussion, which I didn’t truly care for. However, the attendant was very friendly and I could tell he was determined to help me. He reached out to a colleague on two occasions to ensure my rental started without issues. I am thankful for his customer service skills. I think the process of renting the U-Haul itself may need improvement.
