Thomas CThis was an alternate pick up location after our "guaranteed reservation" was not available because Corner Grocery and Vape in Ackworth was closed despite the store sign saying they are open 24hrs. VERY unhappy about having to drive so where else to get a different trailer which was inconvenient and put us behind schedule.
MICHELLE HNot pleased at all. We had to move a 3 bedroom house with no blankets or Dollys. We had to move a very heavy gun safe and due to lack of equipment it was dropped twice. I had ordered these pieces and they were not on the truck and we had very limited time for this move. Very disappointed service and this was a location uhaul picked for me I had another location initially selected.
Cindy APlace was very dirty, trash on the floor, person I dealt with did not know anything about the business.
