The location was fine but the U-haul App did not work for pick-up. I couldn't get past the last step because it kept saying that I had to open/click on a document even though I had opened and clicked on everything that I could. I had to leave and come back 1.5-2 hrs later for my rental

PETER YWe reserved a vehicle for 10 AM . But didn’t get that vehicle until 10:30 . We understand it takes time to go through the process. So I would not have to wait that long to process. It be better to speed things up. Overall was an ok experience.
EUGENIO Sthe location and equipment (vihicle) is ok, but the way they charge is very very ripp off, from $19.99 price, and they charge me more than $50, plus $ gass,,,i use it not even 10miles , 1 trip, not even a whole day!! never again to Uhaul,,, (this place)
