The car faced a severe trouble with the transmission and the vehicle stopped after 10 minutes of drive and called a road service to fix the car and lost 3 hours to recover my job. Would want to hear from you for any discount or compensation to recover my loss.

ANTHONY AThe location was fine but the U-haul App did not work for pick-up. I couldn't get past the last step because it kept saying that I had to open/click on a document even though I had opened and clicked on everything that I could. I had to leave and come back 1.5-2 hrs later for my rental

PETER YWe reserved a vehicle for 10 AM . But didn’t get that vehicle until 10:30 . We understand it takes time to go through the process. So I would not have to wait that long to process. It be better to speed things up. Overall was an ok experience.
