Everything was great- I especially appreciated that my parents were able to pick up the U-Haul for me and that my card was able to be charged. I was worried there might be an issue with them picking it up- but it wasn’t! Great experience.

Donald MThe van had sticky residue in the cup holders and was dusty throughout. Otherwise everything went smoothly. It is just disappointing the owner of the business does not take the extra step to make sure the van is clean for the next person renting.
