The lady who called me the day before was really annoying. She repeated me over and over that the truck was rented the morning after and that it had to be back, she kept repeating me that there was a ferry boat to take and that can delay me, as if the ferry was something someone from my small town could overlook and not know. Even when I told her that I needed the truck about 2hrs but that I rented it for 6 in order to account for the ferry trips and potential unexpected situation, she still kept at it. She asked me to come earlier and at some point I just asked annoyed if I could just follow the time I willingly and knowingly rented the truck for. She said yes, repeated again that it was rented the morning after and then went on telling me that this truck required a credit card. I answered that I know.. I actually booked the freaking thing on the app with a credit card!! Anyway, the lady seemed to really not want me to actually rent it, or she was too anxious, I don’t know, but that call left me feeling like a scolded child or something. The young guy when I went there offered a much better interaction and service, thankfully. I rented near Pierreville before and I’ll probably go back there next time and wouldn’t recommend Berthierville’s location.
