The system was slow and seemed complicated to the user. Take input from end users before making what seems to be I'll changes. I am aware of another location that use to rent Uhaul that got out of the business and was glad they r out. There reason was due to the complication of your system

No one at uhaul drop off to disconnect car hauler. I, your customer, was required to disconnect the equipment. Plus, the 800 number provided on the contract went to voice mail, and three hours later no call back. You should provide a 50% credit to my account. Contact me at 602.421.2144.


My order was lost ... i was charged 100 which I paid cash cause my card would not swipe, so upon return I paid another 115 cash... and i find my card that didn't swipe was charged 136????

The saleswoman Susan was nice, but she was slow. I arrived at 2:45pm for my truck. She was slow operating the computer. The truck was filled with roaches and a lot of dirt in the cabin area. Bless her heart, she was too elderly to get in the truck to clean it. By the time I loaded the blankets, and swept the truck out it was 3:38, buy yet 3 pm was still on my paperwork. I asked her to make the adjustment, but she said she couldn't. She said I had to call customer service. I had to remind her that because of the delay, I checked out very late. Again she was very sweet, but sweet is not worth going through this hassle. Look my info up, I've used various services by Uhaul over the last 10-15 yrs. Next time I'm switching to a competitor. It's just not worth it.


The Uhaul experience was terrible. Not necessarily the location but the fact the reservation was originally scheduled for Pass Rd location in Gulfport- they had no equipment-.... We were sent a reservation at Long Beach Beatline location.... No one answered their phone and no one answered their door. We went back to Pass Rd location in Gulfport to only be told our reservation was in Biloxi, MS. Once at that location we did get a rental BUT only after the little old lady called Jackson, Ms because my name was spelled different from my DL, she put my DL # in incorrect which prompted the system to ask me to upload a picture of my DL. Fast forward. Upon returning the truck- which we finally got at 2:30PM on 6/1/20 - we were told we would be charged for 2 days because we didn't turn it at 9am on 6/2/20. After me correcting her misinformation- issue was resolved. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received from EVERY LOCATION representing a brand....

The ride share experience was one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. I would have expected things to be way more coordinated than they were. I had to change some details on the times, and with the help of actual people, it snowballed into a compete dumpster fire. It was baffling how hard this was to get completed. Make sure your people know where your services can happen instead of just trying to sell things. They ran me around town for 3 hours when ,if they actually had some detailed instructing, it could have taken 5-10 min to get the first problem resolved.

The only bad thing was the cell service. Luckily, my phone worked bc my husbands did not.


The person taking care of the transaction had issues with the computer, I had to input some of the information for her. The office reeked of cigarette smoke and there was a cigarette left burning in the ashtray. In my opinion, this is a very unprofessional operation, the only positive is that it's close to my location and that made it convenient for puck up and returning.

Printer didn't work, had to take picture of computer screen. Filled with cigarette smoke and mildew. Actually was sick after leaving. With all the other locations in and around the gulf coast, I strongly recommend U-Haul discontinue having this location as a pick up or drop off.

There was a lot of difficulty getting what was ordered and requested due to district office and Jackson office changing request , location and truck. I recommend The Hudson Khron location, but will not be using U Haul again.

The rental drop off location was smoke filled, smelly and the clerk had to call to figure out how to check me in without a contract, which I never received at the pick up location. overall a very disappointing experience.


Truck ran very rough when first started and was surging even before I got to loading location. Ran truck several more miles and it than ran OK. Loaded and on road, steering was very erratic with significant slack in steering. Van body leaks on right side.

Worst place ever, first of all i was driving around for like 3 hrs from the first place wich didn't have the truck then i was sent to another place wich truck wasn't there yet because the customer was late then im sent to the worst place ever, the woman took about 50 min to process my rental it was a disaster, i couldn't make it on time to my destination, had to pay hotel room because of that just the worst experience ever

Obviously a mom and pop business, had me call them back several times to fix a charging issue. Was very testy and rude with me on the phone. Blabbed about their personal life of why they can't help me at the moment and to call back and a more convenient time for them.
