I picked up this vehicle at 12pm-ish. I was told I had two days and I could bring it in before the end of the business day. I got to my arrival a little after 1:20 and was charge for a full day still. Now assuming that it was only going to be a $20.00 fee with tax turned into an extra $60 charge!!!!! Also, I received the vehicle with a half of tank and I returned it at a full tank and that wasn’t noticed or split with me. I feel like I got ripped off and made the trip a little more stressful than what it should have been.

This is the best place to rent from in the area I had a bad experience with the other place in Christiansburg on Patricia Lane so I jus wanted to leave 5 star review because they was so awesome
RICKY JIt was nasty, had a scent in it which they were trying to hind with some air freshener. It didn't work because you could still smell that stinky scent. I won't rent there no more.
