They only had one person working taking care of 5 outgoing and incoming customers. She did a good job of taking care of us and hooking up the trailer, but it was nearly an hour after our reservation time.

Richard RThe location was ok at best. A little tight in there and zero parking. But the trailer was not well maintained. I had to grease the wrap handles so they would move correctly. I also had to grease the hoist so I could actually turn it. The straps were also frayed. Just not great overall.
