The truck was great. Pickup and drop off were easy with the mobile pickup and return. My only complaint was the appliance dolly which was useless. The handle was Ben so when you cranked to tighten it, it would just pop over the handle stop. Also the roller tacks to go up and down stairs and curbs were destroyed and would turn. I would like a refund on this as it was unable to be used and we had to do it by hand.
GUY AI was told that I had two days to use this UHaul truck and it had to be returned before closing on the 2nd day. I was not told until returning the truck that you counted days by 48 hours and not days and I was supposed to have returned it before 9:00 AM on the 2nd day. This makes it a 24 hour rental and not a 48 hour rental as agreed upon and upon which we made our schedule. I feel cheated. I told the man in Harlingen that all I needed to do was return it before closing on the 2nd day and he agreed, so I chose the UHaul location that was open the latest so as to meet your schedule. I feel cheated!
RACHELLE GConvenient location. No one was there so I just dropped key through locked door. Return was processed within 30 minutes.
Stephanie AFix the billing the system tryed to charge me for 20,000 miles when I only put 12 miles on the truck. I still have not received anything from Uhaul.
