i contacted the location to let them know that i went an entire day without being able to use the cargo van because one of the speakers in the van was making a loud screeching noise and i even had to park it in a hotel parking lot until road side assistance who took 8 hours to get there did. i was NOT refunded the amount and im very upset and would like someone to contact me
Lisa DExtremely disappointed. Was charged $40 for pads they never put in the truck. The location is not staffed so I was just SOL. Plus couldn’t see the mileage on the truck when I picked it up because the gas light was on where it had less than 30 miles left in the tank on a 20 ft truck.
