Austin DWell, I actually rented at a location closer to where I live. My pick up location was switched to this spot, which added an additional 50 miles to my charges. My experience would have been better if this would not have happened and the truck I rented would have been delivered to the original location.
Brian LVery rude customer service. The uhal app needs major upgrades. The app does not work we could not book the trailer and the customer service at braudt auto was horrible. Would never rent again through uhal and braudt auto.
Thomas PMy destination is Richland center Wisconsin here is a U-Haul agency it was better to have the delivery in this place, because going BOSCOBEL is not bad if not the guy who attends is not pleasant at all! Maybe I don't speak much English but customer service has to be the same for everyone.
