I would not recommend uhaul to ANYONE simply because of they're outrageous pricing. The van says $20 a day.. I look at my receipt and I was charged $90 for about 12 hours. Overall I have to say I will recommend everyone NOT to go to uhaul and I will be sure to post it all over social media because this is just a scam.

There must be a person who help people. There was lot of snow and truck was stucked. It was a horrible experience in this bad weather. Moreover staff is ok .

Lack of knowledge of information at the call centre / lack of interest to resolve a client problem regrading the rental. Also proper information were not given to customer at the time of bookings. Did not do pre-inspection with me. I signed papers trusting the info on there and it was inaccurate. When I brought that up later he used that against me although the rep was the one who was trying to rush me to sign to get the moving van off lot.

This was the third location I was directed to in 24 hours. I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes Sunday morning trying to get my equipment, and then I received a larger truck than I could have needed. While uhaul provided a discount to try to help the situation, this caused me to lose money paying loaders for times they weren't working and extended my day by 7 hours due to trying to resolve scheduling issues. Pay a little more for another company that will guarantee the equipment based on a reservation. Also, this location doesn't accept debit deposits.

Very poor customer service at this location. When I came to pick up the truck the give me hard time and bright back the truck the same guy wanted to work for hih making to move the truck parking to gas station and then movie back to parking spot. Worse than that I had to wait for long priod so he can talk to me ignoring me and told the gas station customers have the priority than Uhaul customers.

The representative was very helpful and informative, however, it is a gas station and he was the only staff, so he had to balance his time serving customers fueling their vehicles and servicing me for the rental. Recommend they have two people on staff especially during busy times as it was for me.

Phone rep was average or less I asked if I rent it for few hours would the rate will cheaper she I have to put in system she put it for 4 hours and when I asked if the rate is same I would like to keep for day she said I have call dispatch and I asked for when I call after two minutes he asked another for more money the rate is same for 4 hourse and 24 hours. Phone rep had attitude and they just want booking. Once you give your payment that it you are your own. Enjoy dealing with u haul phone rep.

The small truck I rented gave only about 1.5 km per liter of gas. For about 22 km travel, I had to gas up for 12.6 liters. That's not reasonable at all.

going in and rent was smooth and vehicle was clean and ready to go...returning the vehicle was complicated with a lot of problems. When I arrived, I was informed I had to return the van to a different location...I said no way, you want it at your other location, you move it because my car is here...waited for a long call...then my gas card didn't work 5x...when I said I was going to call Esso customer service, they got it working???then he took my lease, and the key and said I could go...no receipt of any sort...that was risky, but charges were accurate on my credit card...it took nearly an hour...with the guy on the phone most of the time...the guy had much trouble knowing what to do...I will not return to this location not even for gas anymore

Terrible company. Requested 24 hours for a truck they changed it to 21 hours without ever notifying me and then charged me double. When I went to get in contact with someone to help me with the situation no one was available. Completely ridiculous
