Phone rep was average or less I asked if I rent it for few hours would the rate will cheaper she I have to put in system she put it for 4 hours and when I asked if the rate is same I would like to keep for day she said I have call dispatch and I asked for when I call after two minutes he asked another for more money the rate is same for 4 hourse and 24 hours. Phone rep had attitude and they just want booking. Once you give your payment that it you are your own. Enjoy dealing with u haul phone rep.

The servers were down and had to rebook a truck over the phone. However in doing that I've somehow been charged twice.



The small truck I rented gave only about 1.5 km per liter of gas. For about 22 km travel, I had to gas up for 12.6 liters. That's not reasonable at all.



going in and rent was smooth and vehicle was clean and ready to go...returning the vehicle was complicated with a lot of problems. When I arrived, I was informed I had to return the van to a different location...I said no way, you want it at your other location, you move it because my car is here...waited for a long call...then my gas card didn't work 5x...when I said I was going to call Esso customer service, they got it working???then he took my lease, and the key and said I could receipt of any sort...that was risky, but charges were accurate on my credit took nearly an hour...with the guy on the phone most of the time...the guy had much trouble knowing what to do...I will not return to this location not even for gas anymore

Terrible company. Requested 24 hours for a truck they changed it to 21 hours without ever notifying me and then charged me double. When I went to get in contact with someone to help me with the situation no one was available. Completely ridiculous



The truck that I rented was not available at time of pick up. I had to wait on the phone for over 1 hour to get a replacement which was a smaller truck and less hours that I originally booked. Not a happy experience. Regards Baljit Khela

Drove 18 kms and had to fill gas worth 17 dollars. Either the van goes approx. 1 km per litre or someone is not being honest. That was my only concern, rest was all fine. Thanks.

Excellent service at the counter. I am satisfied with my interaction and experience with the location. I would rent back from them for sure. However, the truck was super dirty. It seems like the people before me had moved scrap or garbage. The back was full with dirt, mud, small broken plastic and metal. I had to wash the bay before loading my stuff.



I was over charged by the employee by almost $50. the price did not look right so we did our own calculations and saw the mistake this location being in a gas station he kept serving people that came for gas first and kept us waiting for more then half hour and said serving them was priority.

Was surprised more by the process of booking on line rather than booking at the location. I interpreted this to mean location was an agent of Uhaul rather than a Uhaul store. Having said thIs I was very satisfied with the service and would rent here again should the need arise.



The operator refused to make booking at site since he did not know how to. Told to book myself over phone but Provided a wrong phone number for UHaul When provided a booking number from UHaul, he had to call someone to find out how to process a pre booked rental. The internet speed was such that each next screen on their computer would take 5 minutes to load. Very frustrating experience.

This pickup location was at least some 60 Kilometers from Orangeville where we had requested the pickup. This was a waste of our time since we had to travel at least another hour to get to our destination in Orangeville. Doesn't anyone have a better knowledge of locations?????? I was very disappointed!!!

The staff is in-experienced. They wasted a lot of time to complete the paper work while renting the van. Upon returning the van, they over charged me. I noticed the bill upon reaching home. Yes, my mistake too. I should have checked the bill but I trusted them and eventually end up paying extra.
