When I picked up the vehicle, nobody was there to provide me the keys. I had to wait another 1.5 hours in order to receive the key to the truck. I had people coming to my house to move and had to ask people to juggle their schedules b/c of this. Also, I asked for furntiure pads but I didn't receive any in the truck. I was charged $40 inadvertently. Please adjust bill to reflect the tardiness in getting the keys and not ever receiving furntiure pads. Thanks, Rick

tried contacting by phone - no answer, no acknowledgement of voice mail msg, no return call. chosen as return location = most convenient. otherwise - they suck. would not choose to do business with this location.
The inside of the truck, front and back, was filthy. We had to clean out the back before we could load any of our stuff in there. There was something all over the walls that looked like blood. The appliance and furniture dollies that we rented and needed were not in there and we could not get in touch with anyone to try to get one and still have not been able to get anyone on the phone at this location for the last 10 days. My husband spoke with someone at Uhaul that credited us for these 2 things, thankfully. I'm not one to ever leave a reting like this, but this was bad. We had one day to move all of this stuff and needed the items we rented to move it and did not need to spend 30-45 mintues of our time trying to clean out the truck in order to not ruin our furniture.
I was charged for mileage and not sure why when I went from the rental facility to the gone I was packing, straight to the home I was moving to and then straight to the uhaul facility to return it.
Cab was filthy.
The staff smoke in the office. It was overwhelming when you enter.
We needed a 26 ft truck and received a 20 ft truck. We weren't able to fit everything in that truck causing multiple trips in borrowed pick up truck. Made for a very stressful move.

Tara at the local site was great. The booking and customer service at the corporate level was terribly. Pickup location changed 3 times, on hold for more than 12 minutes when calling to confirm and no bending at needing to pick up before 1030 am. Thankfully Tara allowed me to pick up a day early (had to pay extra) just so I could have the trailer and 8 am. Why is there no pickup early in the am? And moving the location is extremely frustrating.
The problem is UHAUL doesn't tell you that UHaul "hours" are different from the rental pickup location. Had to do self pickup that was a 30 minute fiasco. Had to re-do photos time and again. Much easier to do a face to face pickup and return.
We brought it back on a Sat. when no one was there. But the place was clean and easy access.
We were scheduled to pick up Uhaul on Old Brandon Rd in Jackson at Bait Shop Betsies, but the uhaul was not there. The lady at location made calls and explained we would have to drive several additional miles in opposite direction to pick up a truck. This took an additional hour and a half, making us late meeting with movers. The truck not being where it was supposed to be created a series of people having to change their preplanned schedule. Very stressful...

I pulled up to drop off and encountered a woman who was to busy talking on here cell phone to even get out of her car to show me where to park the trailer very unprofessional.
Was impressed that the worker put stickers on the dings. Haven't had that done before. Very friendly. I was sent to this location because the truck wasn't at the location I had specified. It worked out in the end, though.
No one was there when we dropped off the Uhaul and no one answered the phone number I called to check on where to leave it.
Location was closed.
Bigger check out office. Equipment every where. Door propped open to control temp.
Agent at this location provided above average service during the rental contract process.
That depends on what image you want to convey. The overall experience was "functional". I wanted a trailer. I got a trailer. As far as professionalism, the office was messy and disorganized. The clerk, although friendly and helpful, was "VERY casual"....as if to say, "You want a trailer? Here's a trailer." All of this is okay. But, it's not what I have experienced as the "U-Haul way" in the past. I hope I don't get anyone in trouble or make anyone angry....just my observations....you know...since you asked. :)

The lady smoked in the office where you had to do your paperwork and it was an unpleasant environment. Sine everywhere is smoke free now it really bothered me. She was very kind though and did a good job.

There was a mix-up with the truck. It had a different number than what was on the truck. However, they helped me find a car hauler at the Pearl location. The manager at that location was fantastic and very helpful.
