Brian will confirm that I accidentally returned the trailer almost immediately thinking I could not use it. Then I re-opened the contract immediately discovering I could use it. I requested a gift certificate for $25 because I know your POS software is too ancient to handle this but you have refused that. Look at my rentals in the past and see what you will be losing as I find alternatives you haul. Or better yet call me (905) 537-5843 and resolve this.
