Trailer was on bad shape ... low tire ,hitch jammed, left rear light was out at some point. We have used this car carriers before but this one was not good!!!

When I got the truck it had 1/8 of gas and the lady told me that when I got back I had to put the gas where it was at. She never checked and looked to see how much gas was originally in the truck. The gauge went a little below 1-8 so I put 13.00 dollars in and that took it back to 1/8 of a tank. I only drove 30 miles so there is no way it can go from 3/8 to an 1/8 driving 30 miles. She told me that I had to put the gas up to 3/8 because that’s where it was at before. Later in our conversation she says she was not sure where the gas gauge was at because it was a return. So I had to put 30 more dollars in the tank so I wouldn’t be charged. She was very unfriendly and she did not and wasn’t willing to help. She told me it doesn’t make sense how so much gas was gone but there was nothing she could do. Then on top of that they forgot to give us the equipment that we had purchased with our truck.

This location is fine. However, based on my overall experience with u-haul, I would not recommend any u-haul services to a friend.

Warn customers that you need 2 forms of ID. Almost ruined the experience. Was not happy with that.

Warn customers that if they pay in advance for possible extra days needed, they will not be refunded the amount for unused days. It's better to stick with the alotted days, and pay for extra days used, if any, at the time the vehicle is returned.

Problem I had was my Debit card was hit 4 times for differing amounts, while only the 63.30 final charge was taken the other charges that never went through ended up making several other transactions bounce and I ended up losing 105 dollars on over draft fees.

Update your website with accurate pick up and drop off locations. If you have an issue with a truck not being available at the reserved location the customer should be notified. Also I feel we should have not been charged for additional mileage since u-haul changed the drop off location. I also feel when we questioned the 1.78 and it could not be explained it should have been returned. The person at drop off could not explain the charge either. Corporate should be seriously looking into this. Something is not right if no one can explain the charge!

I am not thrilled that the trailers do not have a mechanism to raise it, the young lady helping me struggled to get ot off the ground. At least on the 12 foot trailer there should be a trailer jack.

I had to present 3 picture ID's... no mention of this before. Luckily I had two, then had to call my sister to identify me... Totally ridiculous! I also couldn't leave the truck at the UHAUL 1.0 mile from my destination. I had to go 15 MILES away to a destination that was FILLED with trucks. Very poor management on UHaul's part... see destination remarks.

Only suggestion is to place a sign on building directing where the key drop is located. I looked all around the building and then had to call back to easy emissions to help locate with their suggestions (at end of drive way). At least have an answering machine directing instructions for drop off when closed. That said, a very clan large lot, excellent set up otherwise.

The pick up location was not my original pick up location that I made my reservation with. It was an extra 20 miles out of our way. My original pick up location for some reason didn't have the equipment and my pick up location was moved a day before and 45 min away. Also the pick up location did not give me the furniture blankents I requested and would not work with me to get a refund.
