I dropped off the truck 2 days early. The Mgr comes out and has me move the truck back 3-4 ft. That's not my job after I hand you the keys. He says your good. No paperwork. Today I got a bill for $160.00. He said I was missing blankets. I told him about the experience picking it up. The guy didn't give them to me. I got a bill in my email. No way would I ever refer any of these businesses. Uhaul you are terrible for not checking them or having standards.

ASHTON PI witnessed a complaint by a customer about the truck they rented and they were told that a work order for repair would be written up, not five minutes later the same truck was rented out to two females and was told the truck runs fine and everything works,
