I provided the uhaul truck back with more than enough gas. Spent more on gas than the actual rental because certain information was refrained. And I also got charged $1.31 for going over a three miles. You would think that they would consider the fact that I provided them with more than the enough gas for my usage, they would override the fee. Dissappo

My rental was mistakenly booked for Saturday March 24th instead of Saturday Feb 24th. Although no trucks were available, the person at Max Auto Tech went way out of his way to help us get a truck and we were still able to do our move. We were moving a deceased relative's things who had just died and it was a very stressful time for us. The individual at Max Auto Tech UHAUL was amazing and saved us a huge amount of stress at a very difficult time. Thanks so much.

The Inwood ave location was a great experience, wish I had known about this location 1st, instead of the 7-11 location on Webster ave who service was horrible and the woman there was rude , it seem as if she didn’t what to be bothered. But thankfully when I called the u-haul customers service # the persons were great and attested me accordingly and directed me to the Inwood location of the bx , such helpful people they were!

Used this location before I rented a u-haul van which i drove for the same distance both times however i. was charged more this time than i did before old contract #84814832 yesterday’s contract#99136331

The employees were very nice and cordial. They made the U-haul renting process very easy. However, I originally reserved a different pick-up location (within 10 minutes of my apartment). Upon arriving, I was told that the truck was at another location and that I had to contact customer service to find out where it was. After 10 minutes of being on hold, I was told that my truck was at the back-up location (which was not nearby and was automatically selected for me). I asked customer service why I was not informed about the pick-up location change, and the representative told me that they had called me on December 19th at 7 am. I received no call at this time, or voicemail. The trip to the back-up pickup location took 20 minutes and $17 via Uber. While I do not expected to be compensated, I find the practices of the U-haul parent company to be lacking in organization and verification. TLDR: The U-haul satellite company was excellent, and the U-haul parent company is not excellent.

My experience was ok, nothing to go crazy over. The cargo van I rented, should've been swept out, before they rented out to me. The next issue is, the extra charge on my debit card. Now I asked the guy at the desk for any extra charges can I pay cash on my way back. He said sure if I don't want the difference on your card I can pay cash. When I drop the van off to the place I asked the same guy is there anything else we need to do? Is there any extra charges anything like that? He told me no l can leave everything was fine. When I got home and looked at my statement they already had charged on my card the extra mileage that I took and for not putting gas in the van. I don't care if there was extra mileage or I had to put a little bit of gas I had to pay extra for. The principal of the whole thing was, I wanted to PAY CASH! Next time I rent from u haul. It will be CASH ONLY. I don't like extra charges on my card without my knowledgement.

1)We stood on our feet for some 30 odd minutes by her table while she served a client virtually not having recognized our presence, then attended to us after the client left 2)After we returned the vehicle and the in-charge gave us cost of running he wasn't ready for any questions-seemed to be in no mood for that.
